I began my career as a commercial real estate lawyer, assisting brands, real estate companies and investment funds in the valuation of their assets.
For years, I've been negotiating, structuring, drafting and, above all, observing: the evolution of towns, the vacancy of shops, places that fade away and are then reborn in a different way.
A conviction: an empty space is a blank page
It was here that a conviction was born: an empty place is a blank page.
A space ready to welcome new stories, new energies, new uses.
With Stéphane Ellia, an entrepreneur and investor with a passion for innovation, we have combined our expertise to create an ecosystem where real estate, art and technology meet.
Two areas of expertise meet
The Perfect Place Project was born of this vision: a platform for the temporary rental of commercial premises, transforming real estate vacancies into opportunities by combining art, events and creative retailing.
Perfect Place Project: revealing the potential of places
At the same time, we're developing Ellia Art Gallery, an open, lively and accessible contemporary gallery concept that brings artists into dialogue with the city.
Our other activities revolve around these projects
brokerage, real estate investment, creation of real estate vehicles and urban art magazine, all under one roof.
Our shared mission: to bring spaces back to life, make places more enchanting and get the hearts of cities beating again.
Philosophy
We believe that every place tells a story, often a latent one. In the city, behind every facade, there's a space that can vibrate with an intention, a concept, a moment.
Perfect Place Project aims to bring projects together and spaces to discover.
