For years, I've been negotiating, structuring, drafting and, above all, observing: the evolution of towns, the vacancy of shops, places that fade away and are then reborn in a different way.
It was here that a conviction was born: an empty place is a blank page.

With Stéphane Ellia, an entrepreneur and investor with a passion for innovation, we have combined our expertise to create an ecosystem where real estate, art and technology meet.
The Perfect Place Project was born of this vision: a platform for the temporary rental of commercial premises, transforming real estate vacancies into opportunities by combining art, events and creative retailing.
At the same time, we're developing Ellia Art Gallery, an open, lively and accessible contemporary gallery concept that brings artists into dialogue with the city.
