- Messages and files submitted via Gravity Forms

- Provide an AI-based conversational assistance service (AIP Chat)
- Enable login via Google Login (use limited to profile and e-mail data, without sharing with third parties)

The AIP Chat assistant uses the services of’OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Pinecone.
The messages entered may be processed by these service providers in order to provide a relevant response.
No commercial or advertising use is made, and exchanges are not public.
7. Legal basis for processing

- Legitimate interest (service improvement and security)
8. Shelf life
- Commercial data: 3 years after last contact
- Cookies: up to 13 months
- Anonymized logs: technical security period

Perfect Place Project and its service providers take all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
